She has helped organisations such as ADP, Paypal, Fidelity investments, Temenos and WSE.
With a hands-on coaching approach, Padma excels in leadership influence, framework customization, and Agile transformation training. Beyond coaching, Padma actively trained over 2000 learners all over the world in ICAgile certification programs especially in Agile coaching competence for over 6 years.
