Specializing in identifying and eliminating roadblocks, ensuring the realization of business value through successful Agile adoption. She has helped organisations such as ADP, Paypal, Fidelity investments, Temenos and WSE.

With a hands-on coaching approach, Padma excels in leadership influence, framework customization, and Agile transformation training. Beyond coaching, Padma actively trained over 2000 learners all over the world in ICAgile certification programs especially in Agile coaching competence for over 6 years.

Padma boasts a formidable array of certifications such as ICF-ACC, SAFe SPC, and several others. She lives in Chennai, India with supporting family. Beyond her professional pursuits, Padma’s hobby delves into cosmology, passionately attempting to unravel the mysteries of the universe based on theories of ‘Sri Vethathiri maharishi’.
