With a hands-on coaching approach, excels in leadership influence, framework customization, and Agile transformation training. Beyond coaching, Padma actively trained over 2000 learners all over the world in ICAgile certification programs especially in Agile coaching competence for over 6 years.

Padma boasts a formidable array of Certifications such as ICF-ACC, SAFe SPC, and several others. She lives in Chennai, India with supporting family. Beyond her professional pursuits, Padma’s hobby delves into cosmology, passionately attempting to unravel the ‘Mysteries of the universe based on theories‘ of ‘Sri Vethathiri maharishi’.
